Embedding and replying to arbitrary Bluesky posts with gt4atproto

gt4atproto is a dedicated environment for AT Protocol built on top of Glamorous Toolkit. We announced it last week, but we already added a new ability: embedding and replying to arbitrary Bluesky posts from a Lepiter page.

It works like this.

Say you have a page from the knowledge base and you paste the url of a Bluesky post in the dropdown for creating new snippets. The dropdown recognizes the url as a post.

Pasting a Bluesky post url in the dropdown for snippet creation.

Accepting the result creates a snippet with the published post.

Accepting the suggestion creates the Bluesky post snippet.

Once a post snippet exists, you can reply to it by clicking on the corresponding button. Doing so creates another snippet with a link to the original post.

Pressing reply creates another snippet.

What does this all mean?

It means that you can think about what you post at your own pace. You can add notes related to posts. You can compose posts. You can reply to posts. All intertwinned in your own environment.
